Who we are

Kloud IT Inc. ("KloudIT", "we", "us") provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and AI services to businesses in Alberta. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kloudit.ca and how we handle it, in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, work email, phone number (if given), company size, and the service you're interested in. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our business email and stored within our Microsoft 365 environment, with access limited to KloudIT personnel who need it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate (for example, Microsoft as our email and productivity platform) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising trackers. If we use basic analytics to understand site traffic, the data is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use. Contact our privacy contact at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
